Senator of Kakamega Boni Khalwale addressing the press in Kakamega on 8th January 2017 where he condemned withdrawal of security officers of Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho and his Kilifi counterpart Amason Kingi saying that security is entitled to all V.P.s in the country as per the constitution.
