Gichugu MP Martha Karua, center, chats with Ms. Muthoni Kihara, a former councilor in Nairobi at Tumutumu PCEA church on April 9, 2010. This was during the third day of the first general administrative committee of the 19th general assembly. Several parliamentarians attended the church event and aired their views on the constitution. The PCEA church will announce its stand today.
