Embakasi East MP Babu Owino and Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko chats as they follow proceedings during the funeral of Denis Oliech’s brother Kevin Oliech at their home in Seme, Kisumu County on September 5, 2020. Mr Sonko called on President Uhuru Kenyatta to crack the whip on Cabinet Secretaries implicated in graft. He termed as malicious that only Governors are being targeted.
