Description
Kisumu Governor Anyang’ Nyong’o addresses a presser in Kisumu on May 1, 2019. Accompanied by Council of Governors Chairman Wycliffe Oparanya, they opposed move by the treasury to reduce sharable revenue amounting to Sh 9 billion in the financial year 2019/2020 in a bid to sort the bills to medical equipment leased to counties.
