Description
Water Minister Charity Ngilu (right) meets her Assistant Minister Mwangi Kiunjuri at Matanya Village in Laikipia East on December 5, 2009. The two had attended a fundraiser in aid of local women’s groups. During the event, Ngilu proposed that between the positions of president and prime minister, one should be held by a woman in the draft constitution.
