The minister for the East African Community, Amason Jeffa Kingi speaks when he received a report of the taskforce on the common market protocol legal reforms from the chairman of the task force Justice Stewart Madzayo on July 2, 2010, at his cooperative house office. The legal administrative reforms identified in the report will pave way for full implementation of the protocol.
