Description

The Minister for Lands Mr. James Orengo displaying a copy of fake title deeds that are in circulation in Trans-Nzoia district. Mr. Orengo announced that the government had stopped all land transactions involving public land to contain rampant grabbing of public utility land set aside for development and social amenities in the area. He said the government would crackdown on fraudsters printing and selling fake land documents to unsuspecting residents. This happened on December 24th,2008.
