Description
Renowned British soprano Elizabeth Harwood, aged 50, has recently fought and beaten cancer. Several cancer charities have benefited from solo recitals she has given to raise funds. Harwood began her career at Glyndebourne and moved rapidly to Sadler’s Wells in 1961, performing internationally and producing numerous prize-winning recordings.
