Meru Governor Kiraitu Murungi (right) welcomes his Isiolo counterpart Mohamed Kuti for a meeting on security between the two counties on January 31, 2018. They agreed to work together to foster peace between residents of the two counties to avoid theft of cattle and loss of lives due to cattle rustling.
