Description
Meru Governor Kiraitu Murungi (right) and KTDA Zone 7 Chairman Paul Murithi Ringera chat during the Meru County Tea Cess Bill 2018 consultative meeting at Nkubu on May 18, 2018. Agriculture committee members led by Chairman Paul Bagine who were present praised the bill and said they will pass it as law. The cess levies will also assist in improving roads in the tea growing zones.
