Meru Governor Kiraitu Murungi addresses MCAs at the Meru County Assembly during the swearing in ceremony on September 7, 2017. Joseph Kaberia was elected as Speaker of the County Assembly and Elias Murega as Deputy. Deputy Governor Titus Ntuchiu, Senator Mithika Linturi and three MPs attended the ceremony.
