Description
President Mwai Kibaki (left) unveils the plaque when he officially launched the construction of the Northern and Eastern bypass on August 21, 2009, with him is the minister for roads Franklin Bett (right) and the director of Kenya Urban Roads Authority Joseph Nkadayo (center) at the junction of Embakasi and Kangundo road. The construction of the bypass will cost a total of shs8.5 billion.
