Gichugu MP Martha Karua speaks at PCEA Mahiga parish, Kagere church, in Othaya on October 24, 2009. Karua reinstated her support for the proportional representation system in the formula for creating constituencies in the ongoing boundary review. She was the chief guests in a fundraise towards completion of the church.
