Ford-Kenya Leader Moses Wetangula and his deputy, Boni Khalwale, condole with Arthur Chunguli, son of former Cabinet Minister the late Joseph Otiende, at their Kegoye rural home in Mbale, Vihiga County, on March 10, 2017, as funeral preparations continued. Wetangula said they would stand with the family until the late leader is accorded a dignified burial.
