Devolution CS Mwangi Kiunjuri and Othaya MP Gichuki Mugambi when they attended the burial ceremony of Mary Nyambura in Chinga, Othaya Nyeri County on December 8, 2017. Mr Kiunjuri said the government will be forced to put Opposition Leader Raila Odinga under house arrest should he continue planning for his swearing in ceremony on Tuesday Jamhuri day.
