Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru congratulates Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya for being re-elected as the Chairman of the Council of Governors (COG). The Council’s Executive leadership was retained through a consensus vote during a full council meeting on January 20, 2020. Murang’a Governor Mwangi Wa Iria was also re-elected as the Vice Chairman.
