COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli addresses mourners at Kapchemgung Village in Vihiga County on June 11, 2016, during the burial of Mrs. Felda Mwondi, the wife to COTU national chairman, Mr. Rajaab Mwondi. Mr. Atwoli criticized politicians who’ve taken hardline positions over the IEBC matter saying dialogue outside parliament is the only way to solve the stalemate.
