Nation Media Group (NMG) Chief Operating Officer Tom Mshindi (left) and Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i during a Cabinet Secretaries Roundtable meeting drawn from various ministries dealing with Creative Industries at the Serena Hotel in Nairobi on July 21, 2014. The meeting under the auspices of the Attorney General and the Kenya Copyright Board (KECOBO) the meeting was part of collaborative engagements geared towards implementing a directive by President Uhuru Kenyatta that the arts industry be structured to reward talent and creativity in Kenya.
