Agriculture Minister William Ruto accompanied by Safaricom Chairman Les Baillie cuts the tape during the opening of a dormitory at Kipsangui Boys High School in Eldoret West District that was burnt down last year, reconstructed by the Kenya Red Cross Society with funding from Safaricom and Vodafone Foundations on June 15, 2009. Ruto was the chief guest.
