Description
Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru (centre), Deputy Governor Peter Ndambiri, and Mwea MP Kabinga Wachira in a press briefing on April 13, 2018, regarding the 54,000-acre Mwea settlement trust land, which they claimed Embu County was unlawfully demarcating. They asserted the land belongs to Kirinyaga and urged the National Land Commission to set a task force to resolve the matter within 90 days.
